MINT On Call Monthly Package

Rate $260 per month

​

You need some support with idea generation and advisement on developing engaging content for your company website, social media campaign, resource, training, etc, and could use the advice from an outside, objective perspective. I’m here for you to bounce some ideas off of and guide you into achieving your next successful project.

The MINT On Call Monthly Package is billed monthly with a 1 month minimum and includes:

• Four hours remote, reserved for you or your group's needs to be used as you see fit

• A scheduled monthly call (included in four hours)

Facilitated Innovation Session

Rate $600

​

Your group is working on a goal or issue. You know your group members have some great ideas,  but you need someone without a vested interest in the outcome to facilitate the conversation, make sure everyone is heard, capture everyone’s ideas, and report them back in a useable format, so you can make a good decision about which path to choose.

The Facilitated Innovation Session package includes:

• A one-hour preliminary consultation to discuss the goal or issue at hand.

• Two-hour facilitated conversation with your group.

• Summary report capturing all the ideas shared, categorizing them, identifying key themes that emerged, and the option for recommendations from the facilitator.

​​Sessions can be remote or onsite. Any expenses related to materials required for training, travel, or functions of the agreement to be discussed and paid for or reimbursed by the initiative to MINT Consulting & Coaching upon the presentation of receipts for such items. The fees are billed at 50% + applicable HST upon the commencement of the agreement and 50% + applicable HST to be billed upon completion.​​
